Restaurants on wir doorstep, No 1: Haymarket’s finest Indian restaurant?

Before writing this post (at late o’clock) we boys grabbed a curry at our favourite Asian eaterie in the area.
Now, it’s true that Ignite is not the cheapest eating establishment in the area but… you pay peanuts; you get monkeys as uncle Albert used to say.
At Ignite this is very true. ? The food is fantastic and the staff charming. ? The top tip is the baby Aubergine Pakora followed by Simikot Lamb.
If you are planning any French kissing later in the day however the Lamb is probably a miss because it has more garlic than lamb.
As for pudding? ? We don’t do pudding.
And it’s not the place for our resident Cheese dwarf to have his needs suitably satisfied; so pass quickly onto coffee and Rusty Nails.
If you’re on a budget, the Ohmar Khayam across the road is a good fallback or you head along the road to The Cavalry Club for a ? posher but less favourable experience.
